One of the most popular colours chosen for colour-welding is Ral 7016 Anthracite. We are sure you have seen many houses with this classic aesthetic and there are some good reasons why it works so well...
The colour lends itself to the illusion that the panes of glass are bigger. Anthracite is the closest possible colour to the reflection in the glass. Using Anthracite removes the 'box' that white uPVC outlines, making your windows look small, jarring and busy against the walls of your building

Compare these images and notice how the Anthracite colour makes the windows look bigger and blend more aesthetically with the stone, cladding and even white wall. Subsequently, the house looks more modern and cleaner with the illusion of bigger panes of glass.
Another popular choice is Ral 9011 Graphite Black. This creates the same illusion but is a bit bolder and more striking. This doesn't suit every house but looks incredible on the right building. Anthracite is more universal and suits nearly any construction type.
Will grey windows go out of fashion? Given the fact there is a practical reason for the aesthetic of grey windows, it is more than just a trend and it is likely to be a popular choice for years to come. However, if you ever changed your mind in the future, we can simply spray over and change them to any colour.
We colour to match any colour including brand colours for commercial buildings.
Your house can look like it is designed by an architect just by spraying your windows.
There are simply no limits to your colour choices - to help you narrow it down slightly our most popular choices are;
Anthracite Ral 7016
Graphite Black Ral 9011
Slate Ral 7015
Agate Ral 7038
Pale Green Ral 6021
Creme Ral 9011

So for an architect-designed glassy finish choose Anthracite. To inject some colour and make a feature of your windows, choose a traditional green or any colour you fancy. Or you could choose to colour-match a paint or match your branding by replicating the Pantone/RAL code of your brand. Find a colour you like and we can colour-match.
